Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery (if applicable).

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash) within 5–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Installment Orders
Installment orders are non-refundable once approved and delivered. Any issues will be handled according to product warranty terms.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
