Returns

• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery (if applicable).

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash) within 5–7 working days.

• Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Installment Orders

Installment orders are non-refundable once approved and delivered. Any issues will be handled according to product warranty terms.
